This incoming liaison statement from ITU-T Study Group 11 is sent for information to ITU-D Study Group 1 Question 3/1. It informs ITU-D SG1 of the consent of draft new Recommendation ITU-T Q.3067, "Requirements and framework for network-based rapid response to disasters caused by natural hazards".
It was agreed at the ITU-T Study Group 11 meeting held in Geneva on 22 July 2026.
