Abstracto :

The government of Switzerland would like to present to ITU-D Study Group 1 members about the recommendations featured in the Giga Knowledge Spark which is a policy brief with relevant insights in response to the Question 1/1.
The policy brief captures the contributions from 26 Master students from 7 Swiss universities on the topic of "Incentives towards achieving meaningful connectivity through policy and regulation". This work was conducted by the ITU as part of its contribution to the joint ITU/UNICEF Giga initiative (Annex 1), in the Giga Learning Hub component (Annexe 2), with the support of the Swiss foreign policy think tank foraus.
