Abstracto :

Evolution of the concept of digital divide, appearance of new and emerging telecommunication/ICTs and their applications define the need for ITU-D Study groups to reflect them by restructuring of both Study Groups to be focused on bridging the digital divide (ITU-D Study Group 1) and digital transformation and ICT applications (ITU-D Study Group 2).For proper measurement of indicators related to Study Groups 1 and 2, and in accordance with Document TDAG-24/33 it is also proposed to establish the new Study Group 3 on measurement the telecommunication/ICTs.
