Abstracto :

This paper outlines the outcomes of the inaugural Pacific ICT Ministerial Dialogue, held on 28 August 2023 in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, and the adoption of the Lagatoi Declaration. It highlights the Pacific Island Countries and Territories' (PICTs) unified efforts to advance digital transformation and telecommunication/ICT development, including the establishment of a collective voice in international fora and a call for an ITU Sub-Regional Office in the Pacific.
