Abstracto :

The report presents the findings and recommendation of the EGTI subgroup on ICT prices for the work period 2024. It reviews ICT price basket methodologies, focusing on updating data collection to reflect evolving consumption patterns. Key changes include removing the mobile voice and SMS only basket, increasing data thresholds for mobile baskets, and adjusting SMS counts. It recommends reporting based on the majority contract type in each country, while keeping the fixed broadband basket unchanged. The recommendations are submitted to the meeting of EGTI for consideration and possible adoption.
