Abstracto :

The following contribution proposes modifications to the Draft Kigali Action Plan to focus on the priorities and activities of the ITU's Development Sector ("Product and service offerings", "Regional Initiatives", etc). The important work through the TDAG in identifying and agreeing on priorities of Connectivity, Digital Transformation, Enabling Environment and Resource Mobilization and International Cooperation should remain the emphasis in the Kigali Action Plan and the baseline for the priorities of the Sector as listed in this critical WTDC outcome document.
