Abstracto :	Brazil aims to modify Question 3/2 in the broader context of making WTDC and BDT Fit4Purpouse, in order to allow this Study Question to work in a more efficient and effective manner, with a specific list of items to study that reflect the current cybersecurity challenges. The draft considers the ToR proposal agreed at the last Plenary of SG2 and recommended by TDAG as baseline text (Document TDAG-21/2/DT/5-E). Also, the suggestions focus on the operative part of the ToR (questions or issues for study). Brazil has refrained from making any changes in the preamble of the Question.
