Abstract :

This document contains an updated baseline text of Recommendation ITU-T L.VPP_RC "Implementation of a virtual power plant at residential communities" Introduction The first text of L.VPP_RC was proposed as TD 756 R1, which had been discussed in SG5 plenary (Geneva, November 2025). This document primarily adds the following sections: Introduction, Definitions, Abbreviations and acronyms. It revises the content of Chapter 6 and adds Chapters 7 to 11. In addition, certain technical details have been revised in accordance with the conclusions of the previous meeting.
