Abstract :

Senegal has made digital security a national priority. Faced with the increase in cyberattacks, the country adopted a law on the protection of critical information infrastructure and in January 2023 created a coordination framework called CADARCA.
This framework brings together all the teams that are fighting cyberattacks in Senegal. His role: to make them work together, share information and act in a complementary way rather than each on his own.
This contribution presents:
- what CADARCA is and why it was created,
- the specific actions it is taking,
- lessons learned from its operation,
- the best practices that Senegal proposes to share with the other member countries of ITU-D.
