Abstract :

This contribution is an example of multi?level regulatory and legal framework for artificial intelligence (AI) in the Russian Federation. Three key documents - the National Strategy for the Development of AI, the Concept for the Development of Regulation of Relations in the Field of AI and Robotics, and the Federal Law on Support for the Development of AI Technologies - form a unified regulatory system.
This contribution is proposed for inclusion into the Final Report of Question 5/2, Chapter 2.
