This incoming liaison statement from the HAPS Alliance provides information to ITU-D Study Group 1 Question 3/1 on recent HAPS Alliance publications addressing the potential use of High Altitude Platform Stations (HAPS) for disaster recovery, emergency telecommunications and network resilience.
