This contribution shares Chad's experience in implementing GUIDAM, a digital monitoring and evaluation platform, designed by the General Secretariat of the Government (SGG) with support from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). The platform aims to improve the monitoring of public policies and projects, interministerial coordination, the traceability of files and the production of periodic reports. In particular, it integrates the twelve major initiatives and one hundred priority actions of the government programme as well as a georeferencing system to monitor implementation progress on the ground. The contribution presents the main features of GUIDAM, its initial roll-out and lessons that may be useful to administrations engaged in digital transformation processes.
