Abstract :

The background paper Document TDAG-WG-SR/3 15 April 2024 specifies the ToRs of the TDAG-WG-SR, assessing the Plenipotentiary Conference (PP) Resolutions, in order to avoid duplication of efforts and treatment of the same subject, with a view to maintain a focus on efficiency and resource optimization. It also considers during next WTDC, the reduction of Resolutions. It is expected that assessment will be made in the sense of: a) supressing the whole WTDC Resolution; b) supressing the text which contains dispositions already contained in PP Resolutions; c) separation of tasks between WTDC and PP resolutions on similar topics. Therefore, ATDI proposes to revise the Terms of Reference of the TDAG-WG-SR.
