Abstract :

Resolution 31 of the World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC) defines the work of the ITU Telecommunication Development Sector (ITU-D) in organizing regional preparatory meetings (RPMs) to improve the efficiency of Conferences' preparatory processes. Resolution 31 was previously revised at WTDC-22, which took place in Kigali, Rwanda, but the revision of similar Resolutions of the other ITU sectors and the Plenipotentiary Conference determines the need to streamline documents on RPMs.
