Abstract :

This document presents Arab proposed edits to the draft proposal for the Baku Declaration 2025.
The edits acknowledge the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a strategic enabler in public administration and policy implementation. The proposed edits also seek to emphasize the importance of sustainable investment models for digital infrastructure, particularly in underserved areas, and to promote collaborative policy approaches. They also recognize the growing role of space-based infrastructure in advancing connectivity and call for enhanced international cooperation to ensure the sustainable and equitable use of orbital resources.
