Abstract :

The ongoing aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine has caused extensive damage to Ukraine's digital infrastructure, including broadcasting and telecommunications networks, as a consequence, significant efforts are needed to rebuild/rehabilitate those networks and ensure required quality of service.
Enhanced international support for Ukraine, particularly from European countries, to facilitate the further implementation of ITU initiatives, including infrastructure rebuilding, resource mobilization, and capacity-building activities. These efforts will enable Ukraine to restore its telecommunications sector, strengthen its resilience, and accelerate its transition toward a modern, connected digital ecosystem.
