Abstract :

Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia express their readiness to enhancing public early warning systems in support of the Regional Initiative on Early Warning Systems for Western Balkans.
Implementation of the Regional Initiative on Early Warning Systems for Western Balkans leading towards a harmonized approach to public early warning systems implementation in Western Balkan countries and interoperable cell broadcast systems rolled out in countries.
