The document aims to emphasize the importance of actively involving youth from Europe and beyond in the activities of ITU-D SGs, fostering the culture of youth inclusion. It highlights the need to bring diverse perspectives by creating opportunities that empower young people to contribute meaningfully while also enhancing the effectiveness of Study Groups' activity. The contribution stresses the innovative potential, fresh perspectives, and adaptability that young professionals bring as regards to ICTs roles in an ever-evolving technological landscape. It outlines actionable strategies to create a supportive environment for facilitating their engagement by providing opportunities, resources, and adequate support, allowing them to bring innovative solutions to address national and regional challenges.
