The document aims to emphasize the importance of actively involving youth from LDCs and beyond in the activities of ITU-D SGs, fostering the culture of youth inclusion and skill development through a harmonized startup eco system. It highlights the need to bring diverse perspectives by creating opportunities that empower young people, specifically women, and other vulnerable segments of the society and to enhance the innovation eco system allowing them to contribute meaningfully while also enhancing the effectiveness of Study Groups' activity. The contribution stresses the innovative potential, fresh perspectives, and adaptability that women and young professionals bring as regards to ICTs roles in an ever-evolving technological landscape. It outlines actionable strategies to create a supportive environment for facilitating their engagement by providing opportunities, resources, and adequate support, allowing them to bring innovative solutions to address national and regional civic challenges.
