Abstract :

To enhance emergency telecommunications and the implementation of Multi-Hazard Early Warning Systems (MHEWS) in the Arab region. This initiative will focus on building resilient infrastructure and enabling rapid communication capabilities to ensure effective disaster response, reduce vulnerabilities, and increase resilience to natural and man-made disasters. The initiative aims to improve early warning systems, enhance crisis communication, and strengthen regional cooperation in emergency preparation and response.
