Abstract :

WTDC Resolution 76 and PP Resolution 198 have significant overlap in provisions related to the promotion of ICT among young people for the empowerment of their socio-economic empowerment, as reflected in Annex 1. As a solution to this problem, it is proposed to suppress WTDC Resolution 76 and integrate a number of provisions into a similar PP Resolution 198 by applying Provision 1 of Article 21 of the ITU Convention on Recommendations sent by One Conference to Another, which will eliminate duplication and increase the efficiency of the ITU.
