Abstract :

Resolution 53 "Strategic and financial framework for the elaboration and implementation of the Dubai Action Plan" of the ITU World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC) a establishes a framework for the implementation of the ITU-D Action Plan for the study period 2014 2017.
All provisions of this Resolution have been completed, so this Resolution is not relevant so far, therefore it is proposed to suppress it.
