Abstract :

Resolution 1 of the World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC) aims to establish rules of procedure for the ITU Telecommunication Development Sector (ITU-D). Resolution 1 was previously revised at WTDC-22, which took place in Kigali, Rwanda, but changes to Resolutions 1 of the other ITU sectors determine the need to streamline procedural aspects.
