Abstract :

Itis proposed to include FTTH subscriptions as % of total fixed broadband subscriptions per fixed broadband subscription in the pillar of meaningful connectivity as meaningful connectivity requires high quality infrastructure that is not only in place and functioning but allows for a fast and reliable connection.
