Abstract :

This contribution contains proposals to revise the terms of reference of ITU-D Study Question 7/1 "Access to telecommunications/ICT services by persons with disabilities and other persons with specific needs" for the next ITU-D study period (2022-2025) or for the continuation of the current ITU-D study period (2018-2021) in the case of the postponement of the World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC-21).
