This contribution proposes text for clauses of the baseline of draft Recommendation ITU-T L.DPP4C: terms related to lifecycle states and events, consumers as data contributors, lifecycle states and events of ICT goods with the rationale for defining them, governance principles for lifecycle information, the use of the ITU-T L.1071 information model for consumer-oriented claims, an annex on consumer-oriented information elements, and a use case on refurbishment by social economy organizations and reallocation of devices under collective access.
