Abstract :

This document reflects the outcome of the ad hoc group up to the point where this group was able to have drafting discussions. It is based on CWG-FHR-16/14. Council at its 2023 session invited the Secretary-General to submit a draft oversight charter and ToR of the evaluation function to CWG-FHR for approval by the Council in 2024. The proposed charter as discussed up to paragraph 27 can be found in Annex 1 to this document.
