Abstract :

Information and context of the proposal: The proposed draft Resolution refers on the Secretary-General's report on the World Telecommunication and Information Society Day (WTISD) and reflects the outcome of informal consultations carried out by the Chairman of the Council and the Member States that proposed themes for WTISD during the virtual briefings with Councillors.
