Abstract :	This document presents the draft four-year rolling Operational Plan for the Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R) for the period 2019-2022. The Plan is published pursuant to No. 181A of Article 12 of the ITU Convention, which provides that the operational plan of activities to be undertaken by the Radiocommunication Bureau shall be prepared annually, on a four-year rolling basis.
