Summary
This document provides the estimated financial impact of changes under the United Nations common system to the compensation package for the Professional and higher categories, and the increase in the mandatory age of separation to 65. No budgetary adjustment would be necessary for the 2016-2017 approved Budget in this respect. The increase in the mandatory age of retirement (MAR) to 65 would have an impact on the preparation of the next 2018-2019 Budget
