Abstract :

Summary
Under No. 101 of the Convention of the International Telecommunication Union and Article 30 of the Financial Regulations of the Union, the Secretary-General is requested to submit a financial operating report each year to the Council.
The Financial Operating Report for the 2015 financial year covers:
- The audited accounts for the 2015 financial year of the budget of the Union.
- The audited accounts for 2015 for technical cooperation projects, voluntary contributions and the ITU Staff Superannuation and Benevolent Funds.
- The ITU TELECOM World 2015 event.
