Abstract :	Summary The draft Budget for 2016-2017 is based on the programme of activities of the Union for that period, and reflects the financial implications of the implementation of decisions and resolutions adopted by the Plenipotentiary Conference (Busan, 2014), and by the Council at its previous sessions. Action required The Council is requested to review and approve the draft Budget of the Union for 2016 2017, and to adopt the draft resolution in Annex A.
