Abstracto :

This document briefly introduces the legislative background, significance and main contents of China's Ecological Environment Code. It is the first environmental code in the world to set up an independent special volume for green and low-carbon development, incorporating climate change response, renewable energy consumption, electromagnetic radiation management and control into a unified legal framework, and providing a referable Chinese legislative practice for global low-carbon governance including the green transformation of the information and communication industry.
