Abstract :

In 2025, Cote d'Ivoire adopted the National Digital Transformation Strategy 2025-2035, which is aligned with the Cote d'Ivoire 2030 vision and the National Development Plan. This strategy is aimed at making the country a regional and continental digital hub by accelerating the transformation of public services, sustainably reducing the digital divide and supporting local innovation. It also includes environmental sustainability and cybersecurity as means of building an inclusive, sovereign and resilient digital economy.
