The digital transformation in Cote d'Ivoire increasingly exposes citizens and organizations to heightened risks. The objective of this contribution is to present existing initiatives in Cote d'Ivoire aimed at ensuring security, improving cybersecurity culture, raising awareness among the population, and strengthening both digital trust and citizen protection. It introduces an innovative model designed to establish a sustainable cybersecurity culture in the country. Additionally, the contribution presents the continuing need to enhance efforts, through partnerships, in building digital skills among all users, especially women and rural populations as a strategy to enhance safe usage and to develop good cybersecurity culture. These initiatives stem from the legal, institutional, and organizational framework for protecting the population. They include reforms undertaken to improve cybersecurity culture and digital security skills; awareness-raising activities; and, above all, they highlight the involvement of all stakeholders in creating a secure digital environment for everyone.
