Abstract :

The ongoing breakthroughs in artificial intelligence (AI) are fundamentally reshaping industrial production paradigms, establishing AI as a pivotal enabler for enhancing production efficiency and ensuring workplace safety. This study examines the practical deployment of AI across three representative industrial scenarios: process planning, warehouse management, and production safety management-with a focused analysis on their economic impacts. It investigates how AI-driven approaches achieve cost reduction and efficiency gains by shortening the process planning cycle, improve warehouse operational efficiency, and enhance the capability for safety risk identification and emergency response execution. The findings are intended to inform global policy and industrial strategies for leveraging AI to advance industrial digital transformation.
