This contribution presents the proposed table of contents for the final report on Question 3/1, which will be developed during the 2026-2029 study period. It is directly based on the seven tasks outlined in the work plan and provides each chapter with the same simple structure: a few key points followed by a section reserved for lessons learned, with case studies grouped in chapter 9. The aim is to offer participants a clear and shared framework for drafting their contributions from the outset, rather than allowing this structure to emerge piecemeal as contributions are received. We invite participants to review it and, if deemed relevant, approve it as the working structure for the report.
