The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) faces multiple crises: armed conflicts and massive population displacements in the East, floods and landslides, volcanic eruptions, epidemics, and other humanitarian emergencies. In this context, telecommunications/ICT play a crucial role in alerting, coordinating relief efforts, informing the public, maintaining communications, and facilitating recovery. This report updates the experiences previously shared by the DRC during the 2022-2025 study period and focuses on concrete cases, the tools that have been effectively used, identified gaps, and priorities for the 2026-2029 period.
