Abstracto :

Resolution 24 of the World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC) defines the tasks and powers of the Telecommunication Development Advisory Group (TDAG). Resolution 31 was previously revised at WTDC-14, which took place in Dubai, UAE, which determines the need to update it to reflect the current challenges facing by TDAG.
