Abstracto :

In preparation for the World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC-25), which will be held from 17 to 28 November 2025, a TDAG Working Group on the Declaration (TDAG-WG-DEC) was created. This WG held a number of meetings to propose a draft Baku Declaration, which, after being presented at the final TDAG meeting before WTDC-25, will be sent to the regional telecommunication organizations (RTOs) as an information document for WTDC 25 preparations.
In this document RCC proposes the draft Baku Declaration based on the outcomes of the WG TDAG-Declaration, presented in document TDAG-25/18(Rev.3).
