The second edition of the Women in Cyber Mentorship Programme engaged role models in the field of cybersecurity connecting them with talented women in Africa, the Arab States, and Asia and the Pacific. More than 200 women from 69 countries participated as mentees and were matched with 86 mentors, including employees of top international companies, such as EY, Salesforce, and IBM, among others.

Under the global programme on “Creating a safe and empowering cyber environment for children”, in partnership with the National Cybersecurity Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, new online courses on child online protection were launched to help educators, parents and carers, the ICT industry and policy-makers create safer and more beneficial online experiences for children.
The fifth and final episode of the series “Online Safety with Sango”was launched on streaming platforms.
A child and youth advisory board was established to co-create content for children and youth on online safety to be featured in an app for teens, a game for younger children, and online trainings for children of different age groups.
The Protection Through Participation (POP) working group was established to carry out global research to understand young people’s use of COP helplines.
In collaboration with the Scort Foundation, recommendations were produced to provide tangible guidance on child online protection to sports organizations.
