This publication was developed within the framework of the United for Smart Sustainable Cities
(U4SSC) initiative.

The development of this deliverable was led and coordinated by Cristina Bueti (ITU) and Ramón
Ferri (Former Smart City Officer of the Valencia City Council, current Director of Institutional
Relations at SEGITTUR, Spain). The deliverable is based on the support and participation of the
staff of the Smart City Office of the Valencia City Council, led by Pere Fuset, Delegate Councillor for
Digital Agenda and Electronic Administration, Ernesto Faubel, Víctor Sancho, José Pinedo, Ángel
