may be, excluding land but including and not limited to rights over the Site in the form of license, right-
of-way or otherwise; tangible assets such as foundation, buildings, substructures and superstructures,
pavements, over-bridges, works, subways, drainage facilities, sign boards, equipment, electrical works
for lighting of and telephone and communication equipment; financial assets, such as receivables, cash
and investments; rights under the Project Agreements and other agreements and insurance proceeds
