About this report
This report was written by Wolfgang Balzer, Focus Infocom and was produced as part of the deliverable of the
Quality of Service (QoS) Workstream of the FIGI Security Infrastructure and Trust Working Group. The report
is based on a study on QoS field measurements for digital financial services in Ghana, Rwanda and Uganda.
