On the other hand, many operators provide both fixed and mobile services. For such operators, it is essential
to introduce eNMS for IMT-2020 accommodating both fixed and mobile network as shown in the figure
below.

There are many other network migration options available for operators depending on their focusing
network service. In this document, IMT-2020 network management system includes developing a eNMS
covering both fixed and mobile network to provide a seamless service regardless of network technologies.
