3.2.3 Logistics

The services and applications of logistics include but are not limited to:
 Supply chain service
 Business intelligence
 Electronic payment

FG‐SSC has a Technical Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes some infor‐
mation on the development of economy.

The GS1 standard is mainly about the objects management in supply chain and is accepted widely
as an international standard. It is not very related to other similar industries in SSC such as: busi‐
ness intelligence and ITS.

It is suggested to develop a guideline for applications on logistics in SSC.
