Broadband for all: UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called broadband 'a remarkable tool' to accelerate the UN's Sustainable Development Goals ahead of the Broadband Commission's meeting in New York this week. But the Commission cautioned that not enough is being done to provide broadband for all. [Read the State of Broadband Report 2017, which issues 5 key recommendations to spur development.]
