As a landlocked developing country with diverse geography and development needs, Nepal recognizes meaningful connectivity as a vital catalyst for inclusive growth, digital transformation, and regional integration. This submission outlines Nepal’s perspective on strategic approaches, unique challenges faced by LLDCs, and practical policy recommendations for ensuring equitable access to digital opportunities. It also includes a proposal for a Global LLDC Connectivity Compact (GLCC) to strengthen international cooperation. Please find the full response document attached to this email.
