Managing Director, LSP Automotive Strategy

The LSP Automotive Strategy is a new approach to vehicle telematics. Mr. Noblett is creating a new global business model and managing proof-of-concept tests with leading vehicle manufacturers and suppliers.


VP (Operations) and General Manager, Customer Care Operations (CCO) Division

SEI-CCO provides comprehensive technology and user support to tier-one, mid-tier, and small corporations and employs over 65% of the company’s employees. Mr. Noblett was a member of the senior executive team member responsible for SEI strategy development. He managed an international, multi-tiered staff of 320+ with annual revenue of $45M. Mr. Noblett spearheaded the startup of new offices in North Dakota and Hungary, and guided the restructuring of the IT department to become a customer-centered service delivery unit.


1984 – 2002 GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION (GM)

2001 - 2002 Program Manager, Advanced Technology & Global Telematics – Troy, MI

Mr. Noblett was a senior member of the team responsible for defining the future of GM telematics in the U.S., Europe, and China. The team reported directly to the Chair of the GM Global Telematics Steering Committee. Mr. Noblett led the definition of next generation in-vehicle client products, development of digital maps, probe vehicles, traffic prediction, and wireless communications.

1999 – 2001 Program Manager, Automotive Multimedia Interface Collaboration (AMI-C) – Frankfurt, Germany; Tokyo, Japan; Troy, MI 

AMI-C is an international collaboration to create industry standard in-vehicle interfaces for multimedia devices, staffed and funded by GM, Ford, Toyota, Honda, Renault, Nissan, PSA, and Fiat. Mr. Noblett led the development of the program plans and directed the successful development of the first set of AMI-C specifications. Mr. Noblett led technical operations from early ramp-up to steady state and built a cohesive and productive team of engineers from vehicle manufacturers and suppliers worldwide.

1998 – 1999 Engineering Manager Electrical, OPEL AG – Russelsheim, Germany

Mr. Noblett created an international network of expert engineers, global suppliers, and vehicle manufacturers and co-managed the development of a common vehicle electrical architecture for GM vehicles worldwide. 

1996 – 1998 Engineering Design Group Supervisor, Mid/Lux Car Division – Flint, MI

Mr. Noblett led a staff of 50+ designers and engineers (both electrical and vehicle side) in designing and packaging the wiring and electrical/electronic components and instrument panels for GM luxury cars.
