Pre-registration and fellowship requests will be carried out exclusively online. You will find the pre-registration and fellowship request form here.

Pre-registrations should be confirmed not later than Friday, 28 August 2009 except for fellows who need to have registered by 17 July 2009 and returned their signed forms latest by 24 July 2009.

Within the budget available fellowships may be granted on the basis of one fellowship per country to participants from countries with a GDP per capita less than US$ 2’000, with priority to Least Developed Countries (LDC).

Due to budgetary constraints beneficiary countries of a fellowship may have to contribute partly to the costs of the fellowship.

To request for a fellowship, you must first register online and click the appropriate box on the form. Upon the acceptance of your registration, you will receive the fellowship form by e-mail..

You are requested to fill it out, sign it and have it approved by a duly authorized officer of your administration who should sign and stamp it with the official stamp of the administration.

Once completed, you may either scan it and e‑mail it to BDT  bdtfellowships@itu.intOR fax it to +41 22 730 5778.

The deadline for submitting the approved and signed fellowship requests is 24 July 2009.
